Funeral services for Wilson Miller Ogburn, 93, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, May 28, at Baker Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Kershaw City Cemetery with Masonic Rites. Rev. Don Knight will officiate.

Mr. Ogburn died Wednesday, May 26, in A. Sam Karesh Longterm Care, Camden. Born in Kershaw, he was the son of the late Hugh Miller and Janie Bell Taylor Ogburn. Mr. Ogburn was retired from Springs Industries and a member of Kershaw Second Baptist Church. He was a member of Abney Lodge # 211, The Woodman of the World and had served as a deacon for several years at the church.
Mr. Ogburn enjoyed being a volunteer for a number of years at the Kershaw County Medical Center.

Surviving are his daughter; Geraldean Wiggins and her husband John of Kershaw, a step-daughter; Brenda Willis Baker and her husband Gary, step-great granddaughter, Olivia and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Ogburn was preceded in death by his first wife; Helen Roberts Ogburn, his second wife; Lillie Mae Hunter Willis Ogburn, step-granddaughter; Vickie, two brothers; Clyde and L.C. Ogburn, five sisters; I.B. Ballard, Alma Broome, Faye Catoe Roberts, Annie L. Pittman and Susie Sims.

The family will receive friends, Friday, May 28, from 10 :00 to 11:00 A.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.
