William Bill Sinclair, age 75, of Lancaster, S.C., passed away, Friday, December 1, 2023, at Lancaster Health and Rehabilitation, Lancaster, S.C. Born in Lancaster, S.C. he was a son of the late Boyce Atlas Sinclair and Helen Knight Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair was a former heavy equipment operator.
