William "Bill" Bradshaw

A graveside inurnment service, for William Author “Bill” Bradshaw, 87 of Jefferson will be held at 4:00 o’clock p.m., Tuesday, October 13, in Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery, Jefferson. The Revs. Terry Corder and Tim Williams will officiate.

Mr. Bradshaw died Saturday, October 10, at his home. Born in Charlotte, NC, he was a son of the late William Author, Sr., and Catherine Mungo Bradshaw. He had worked in the construction industry and was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Mr. Bradshaw loved to hunt, fish and ride his golf cart with his loving wife and dog by his side. Mr. Bradshaw also enjoyed being a private pilot and had served in the United States Navy during World War, II.

Surviving are his wife, Edna Blanche Horne Bradshaw of the home; his 3 children, Danny Bradshaw and his wife Faye of McBee; David Bradshaw and his wife Kathy and Debbie Horton and her husband Joel all of Jefferson; 7 grandchildren, Terry Bradshaw, Stacy J. Horton, Chris (Mary) Bradshaw, Melissa (Bryan) Steele, Michael (Tracy) Bradshaw, Jason Bradshaw and Heather Bradshaw; 4 great grandchildren, Tyler Steele, Madison Bradshaw, Will Bradshaw and Sophie Bradshaw and a number of nieces and nephews. He also had a deceased sister, Vivian Bass.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 3:00 o’clock p.m., Tuesday, October 13, in the church Family Life Center and other times at the home, 1846 McBee Highway, Jefferson, SC.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church-Building Fund, 2140 McBee, Highway, Jefferson, SC 29718 in memory of Mr. Bradshaw.

The family would like to thank Dr. Cynthia Wilberding, Hospice Nurse Renda Hodge and the staff of Tri-County Hospice for the love and care they have shown to Mr. Bradshaw.
