Susie H. Faile

Funeral services for Susie Hornsby Faile, 76, of Cassatt, SC, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Friday, March 10, 2017, in the sanctuary of Pine Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Kershaw, SC. The Revs. George Brasington and Dean Elliott will officiate. Burial will follow in the Kershaw City Cemetery.

Mrs. Faile, widow of James Thurman “J.T.” Faile died, Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at her home. Born in Camden, SC, she was a daughter of the late John W. and Clara Faulkenberry Hornsby. She retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Pine Grove Freewill Baptist Church.

Surviving are 2 daughters, Debbie (Curt) Teal, Ann (Spencer) Rogers; 6 grandchildren, Karen (Alan) Cartrett, Steven (Brittany) Teal, Heather Neville, Summer Stevens, Angela (Joseph) Allen, and Leigh Ann (Allen) Lorick; 5 great grandchildren, Alexis Teal, Jacob Cartrett, Conner Lorick, RayLynn Lorick and Hunter Lorick and a brother, Jimmy (Dianna) Hornsby. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, William Henry Hornsby, John Edgar Hornsby and Howard Douglas Hornsby.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, March 9, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home.
