Sheryl Ann Hunter

Sheryl Ann Hunter, age 60, passed away, Friday morning, July 14, at MUSC Health Kershaw Medical Center, Camden, S.C. Born in Lancaster, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Jack Nelson Hunter and Shirley Coates Hunter. She held an associate degree from USC-Lancaster. Ann was the former owner of Lugoff Pools and was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family, fishing, golfing, and all types of sports.

She is survived by her brother, Stephen N. Hunter and his wife, Jessie; 2 nieces, Shannon Walker and her husband, Timothy and Amy Young and her husband, Lee and nephew, Trent Hunter all of Kershaw, S.C. She is also survived by her best buddy cocker spaniel, Jackson Hunter and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly.

A service to celebrate her life will be held from the graveside, Monday, July 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw, S.C. Rev. Bobby James will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

The family will greet friends at the home of her brother and sister-in-law and following the graveside service in the church Fellowship Hall.
