Shelby Jean Taylor Vincent, 77, of Camden, passed away, Monday, July 13, 2020, at her home. Born in Kershaw, she was a daughter of the late Willie Noah Taylor and Lessie Outen Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Mickel Lee “Mike” Vincent of the home; a son, Scott Broughton and his wife Brianna of Columbia; 2 granddaughters, Giselle Broughton and Katlyn Peoples and her husband, Adam; 2 great grandchildren, Finley James Broughton and Miller Layne Peoples; siblings, Billy Taylor and his wife, Shirley of Kershaw, Mildred T. Phillips and her husband, W.T. of Kershaw, Betty T. Faulkenberry and her husband, Ken of Lancaster and Judy T. Carnes and her husband, Sonny of Rock Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sons, William Ross Broughton and James “Jamie” Broughton and 3 brothers, Olin Taylor, Herman Taylor and Eddie Taylor.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 200 Center Point Circle # 100, Columbia, S.C. 29210, the American Heart Association, 190 Knox Abbott Dr., # 301, Cayce, S.C. 29033 or the Epilepsy Foundation, 8301 Professional Place West, Suite 230, Landover, MD 20785-2237.

A private graveside service will be held in Abney Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw. Rev. Dr. Jackie Jenkins will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
