Sara Carolyn Robinson

Sara Carolyn Robinson, age 88, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Monday morning, February 5, 2024, surrounded by her family. Born in Jefferson, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Arthur F. Robinson and Ida Eason Robinson. She was a supervisor in the sewing industry. She loved flowers, gardening, sewing, and spending time with her family. She was also a member of Midway Baptist Church.

She is survived by 2 children, George Kennith Wilson and his wife, Barbara and Tina Marie Wilson Williams and her husband, Lanny; 9 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; her brother, Thomas “Buddy” Robinson and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Wendell “Winky” Robinson.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, February 8, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday morning, February 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Baker Conference Center. Pastor George Wilson will officiate. A burial will follow in Kershaw City Cemetery.
