Sallie Brazell Roberts

A graveside service for Sallie Brazell Roberts, 64, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 30, 2009, in Kershaw City Cemetery. Rev. John Rogers will officiate.

Mrs. Roberts, widow of John Q. Roberts, Jr.,died Tuesday evening, April 28, 2009 in a Florence Nursing Center. Born in Heath Springs, she was the daughter of the late Walter J. and Mary Etta Faile Brazell. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and flowers. She was of Baptist faith.

Surviving are three sons; Roger Dale Roberts of Lake Wylie, John T. Roberts of Hartsville, Jason B. Roberts of Kershaw, three grandchildren, one great grandson, a sister; Ruby Faulkenberry of Heath Springs, two brothers; Fred Brazell of Heath Springs and Carl Brazell of Flordia.

The family will receive friends following the graveside service at the Oakhurst Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
