Robert S. Baldwin

Robert Sheldon “Kuntry” Baldwin, age 32, of Lancaster, S.C. passed away, Friday, December 22, 2023. Born in Columbia, S.C., he was a son of Mark Baldwin and the late Polly Ballard. Robert was always down for a good time. He loved to go fishing with his son and going to the dirk track. He always liked making jokes and making people laugh. Robert was full of life and never met a stranger.

He is survived by his father, Mark Baldwin and his step-mother, Tracy Baldwin of Lancaster, S.C.; his significant other of 14 years, Joyce Zavala; his son, Jaxon Baldwin; his sisters, Paulette Mackey and her husband, Justin of Lancaster, S.C., Stephanie Ballard of Lancaster, S.C. and Amber Baldwin of Asheville, N.C; 2 nieces, Anna Ballard and her boyfriend, Ben and Lesly Ballard; 4 nephews, Mitchell Ballard, Nathan Ballard, Eli Mackey and Kurtlee Mackey and one great nephew on the way. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Heather Baldwin.

The family will hold a memorial service, Friday, December 29, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. at Restoration Church, Lancaster., S.C. Pastor Lonnie Brazell will officiate.

The family will also greet friends immediately following the service at the church.

Memorial remembrances may be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Robert.
