Ricky A. Poston

Funeral services for Ricky Allen Poston, 56, of Kershaw will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the church and other times at the home, 3924 Gold Mine Highway, Kershaw. Rev. James Atkinson will officiate. Mr. Poston died Saturday, March 23, at Springs Memorial Hospital, Lancaster. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Daniel Charles “Dick” and Azilee Carter Poston. He attended Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church. Surviving is his wife; Margaret Hinson “Tilly” Poston of the home, 2 sisters; Vicky West (David) of Pageland, SC and Patricia (Edward) Plyler of Monroe, NC.
