Ralph Douglas Catoe

Funeral services for Ralph Douglas Doug Catoe, 62, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, November 8, at Buffalo Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Catoe died Friday, November 6, at his home. Born in Camden, he was the son of the late James William, Sr. and Maude Virginia Johnson Catoe. He was a truck driver and a member of Buffalo Baptist Church. He enjoyed singing, playing the guitar and writing songs. Mr. Catoe was a US Army Vietnam Veteran, a member of Vietnam Veterans of America, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

Surviving are his wife ; Patricia Pat Weeks Catoe of the home, two sons; Randal Douglas Randy Catoe and his wife Tracy of Florence, Johnny Roe Catoe and his wife Melissa of Rock Hill, four grandchildren; Abigail Grace Catoe, Katelyn Beth Catoe, Andrew Douglas Catoe and Zachary Roe Catoe, and a brother; James W. Catoe, Jr. and his wife Diane of Rock Hill. He was preceded in death by a sister; Clara June Catoe Gainey.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, November 7, from 6 to 8 P.M. at Baker Funeral Home and other times at the home, 852 Jones Road, Kershaw.
