Ralph B. Jones, Jr.

Ralph Burrell Jones, Jr., 66, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Sunday, September 26, 2021, at his home. Born in Camden, S.C., he was a son of Ralph Burrell Jones, Sr. and Dolores Taylor Jones.

Mr. Jones attended USC-Lancaster and was a carpenter. He loved music, cooking, spending time on the farm and all animals. He was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Kershaw, S.C. is his son, Ralph B. “Ray” Jones, III and his wife, Nancy of Chapin, S.C.; 2 sisters, Sheila (Tom) Lenz of Summerville, S.C. and Charlene (Gary) Thornburg of Rock Hill, S.C.; 2 brothers, Chet (Donica Laney) Jones and Stephen (Darlene) Jones all of Kershaw, S.C. and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday morning, October 2, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Michael Owens will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

The family will greet friends following the service in the cemetery.
