Peggy Ghent Bradley

Peggy G. Bradley, 74, wife of Milton Bradley died Friday, January 23, 2009, in Kershaw County Medical Center, Camden.

Born in Lancaster, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Ernest Hazel and Gladys Watson Ghent. She retired from the Kendall Bethune Plant after 28 years and was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church.

Survivors in addition to her her husband of 53 years are a daughter; Donna Outen (Lon) and a son Mitchell Bradley all of Kershaw, three grandchildren; Nicholas, Ashley and Shea (Samantha) Bradley, a brother; Roy Ghent of Marshall, Texas, three sisters; Catherine Waters and Robbie Snipes of Lancaster and Ruth Rowland of Salisbury, N.C., She was preceded in death by a brother; Ernest Ghent, Jr. and a sister; Betty Sanderson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 26, 2009, from Buffalo Baptist Church. Rev. James Way will officiate. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden, S.C.

The family will receive friends, Sunday, January 25, 2009, from 3 to 5 P.M. at Baker Funeral Home.
