Pearlie Mae Steen

Pearlie Mae Steen, 88, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Monday evening, April 18, 2022, at her home. Born in Kershaw, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Earl and Margaret Steen. She retired from Springs Industries and was a former nursing assistant. Ms. Steen was a faithful member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church, where she loved her church family. She also enjoyed cooking, tending to her animals and working in her gardens.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Helen Howard and Diane Hayes and a son, Dennis Hargett and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great - great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 603 Oak Ridge Church Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.

A service to remember her life will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. The service will be private for her family and close church family.
