Nathan Dale Deese

A graveside service for Nathan Dale Deese, 38, of Kershaw, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Sunday afternoon, April 8, 2018, in Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery, Jeffferson. The Rev. Terry Corder will officiate.

Mr. Deese passed away, Thursday, April 5, 2018, in Palmetto Health Richland Hospital, Columbia. He was a son of Roger Dale Deese and the late Barbara Cheryl Mangum Phillips. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Mr. Deese loved spending time with his family and loved animals.

Surviving are his father and step-mother, Roger Dale Deese and Carolyn Eunice Deese of Jefferson; his daughter, Natalie Karen Deese of Kershaw; his sister, Lynn Bowers and her fiancé, Chad Reeves; 2 brothers, Timmy (Mandy) Sims and Brian (Amy) Sims; his maternal grandmother, Pauline Mangum; his paternal grandmother, Kathryn Madden; 2 nephews, Camry and Colin Bowers and a niece, Calissa Bowers.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeremy Andrew Deese.
The family will receive friends, Saturday afternoon April 7, from 3:00 to 5:00 o’clock p.m. at Baker Funeral Home and other times at the home of his sister.
