Mildred Anita Kelly

Mildred Anita Kelly, age 60 of Cassatt, S.C. passed away, Monday morning, November 27, 2023, at MUSC Florence, Florence, S.C. Born in Bishopville, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Lynwood Carroll “Sam” Dail and Bobbie Lee Outlaw Dail. Anita was an employee of Blake and Ford Office Supply, Camden, S.C. for many years. She also loved to cook and go camping. She cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Carroll Haney Kelly of the home; 2 children, Jeff Harrop and his wife, Stephanie of Cassatt, S.C. and Tiffany Capell of Bishopville, S.C. 4 grandchildren, Taylor Harrop, Shane Goins and his wife, Raena, Tara Kelly and Lindsey Kelly and her siblings, Travis Outlaw and his wife, Carolyn of Cheraw, S.C., Renee McLawhorn and her husband, Alton of Kinston, N.C. and her brother-in-law, Raymond Boothe of Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kris Boothe.

The family hold will hold a private service in her memory.
