Michelle P. 'Missy' Thomas

The family will hold a memorial service for Michelle Penton “Missy” Thomas, 46, of Bethune, SC, Saturday, March 14, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. in Bethune Baptist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Mrs. Thomas died suddenly March 9, 2015, in KershawHealth, Camden, SC. Born in San Bernardino, CA, she was a daughter of Wayne Penton and the late Terry L. Penton. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She also loved to garden and tending to her goats. Surviving are her husband Donald Thomas ; three sons, J.D. (Charlene) Boggs, Clyde Thomas and Cody (Megan) Thomas and a daughter, Brandy Nicole Thomas; two brothers, Donald Penton and John Morton; two sisters, Angela Morton, Shawna Rose and four grandchildren. Also surviving are her stepfather and his wife, John and Linda Morton and step mother, Tonya Penton. Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw is assisting the family with cremation services.
