Michele Starr Stough

Michele Starr Belvin Lambert Stough, age 52, of Kershaw, S.C. and formerly of Concord, N.C, passed away, Thursday, September 5, 2024, at her home, Born in Concord, N.C., she was a daughter of Lela A. Lowery Clark and the late Larry Ray Belvin. She was a medical assistant in the medical field for several years. Michele loved music and attending concerts. She also enjoyed going to the beach and the lake. Most importantly she cherished the time she spent with her family and grandsons.

She is survived by her daughter, Haley Starr Cottrell and her husband, Daniel; 2 grandsons, A. McCoy Cottrell and Jackson L. Cottrell; her sister, Dena M. Clark and her brother, Timothy M. Clark. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Gerald Clark and her paternal grandparents, Annie W. Belvin and Glen “Punch” Belvin.

The family will hold a private service in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church sanctuary, Jefferson, S.C. later. Rev. Terry Corder will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Michele.
