Michael Paul Hilton

Funeral services for Michael Paul Hilton, 35, will be held Friday, April 27, at 3:00 p.m. at Center Grove Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Laurel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Gary Harris will officiate. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service in Church Fellowship Hall at 2:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Center Grove Baptist Church, 236 Scout Cabin Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067. Mr. Hilton died Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Roger David Hilton and Patricia Bowers Hilton. He was employed with Gene Holland Welding Shop. He loved fishing, camping and to cook on the grill. Mr. Hilton was also an avid Clemson fan. Surviving in addition to his mother and father of Kershaw are, his daughter, Kensly Hilton of Blythewood; 2 brothers, Christopher Dale Hilton and his wife Laurel of Rock Hill, Robert Daniel Hilton and his companion Michelle of Kershaw; a sister, Amanda Jane Bass and her companion Thomas of Lancaster; his companion Lorie Hall of Kershaw and her daughter, Staci Mangum of Cassatt and her 2 children, Ethan and Jared Bass.
