Mary H. Hinson

Funeral services for Mary Hinson Hinson, 91, will be held Thursday, February 4, at 11:00 a.m. at Midway Baptist Church with burial to follow at Flat Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Revs. Todd Gandy and Randall Runion will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 3, from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Baker Conference Center, Kershaw. Mrs. Hinson, widow of Hazel D. Hinson, died Monday, February 1, at Lancaster Hospital. Born June 2, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lula Heglar Hinson. She was a resident of Lancaster Convalescent Nursing Home.

Surviving are many special nieces and nephews who cared for her for many years. She was predeceased by a sister, Ollie H. Stroud and a brother, James R. Hinson, Sr.;half sisters, Grace Mackey, Nellie Small, Hallie Mackey, Virgie Broome and Mamie Phillips; half brothers, William Sims and Edward Sims.
