Mary Frances Belk

Mary Frances Crockett Belk, 94 of Lancaster, died Sunday, May 1, 2016 at her home.

Born in Gastonia, NC, she was a daughter of the late Robert H. and Macie Melissa Whitesides Crockett. She was married to the late Don Belk, who was associated with the Kershaw Golf Course in the 1960’s and 1970’s.

Surviving are two daughters, Donna Thompson of Lancaster and Melissa LaFear of Charlotte, NC; four grandchildren, Julie Tyre, Steve Thompson, Wendy Stegell and Bobby LeFear; four great grandchildren, Ashton, Megan and Justin Thompson and Lawson LaFear; a brother, Robert H. Crockett, Jr. and a niece, Frances Crockett.
