Margaret Hinson Poston

Funeral services for Margaret Hinson “Tilly” Poston, 62, of Kershaw will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Revs. James Atkinson and James Arledge will officiate. Mrs. Poston, widow of Ricky Allen Poston, who died Saturday, March 23, 2013, died Thursday, March 28, at her home. Born in Rock Hill, she was the daughter of the late J.S., Sr. and Ada Inez Rockholt Hinson. She was retired from the textile indisty and a member of New Testament Freewill Baptist Church. Surviving are her brother; J.S. Hinson, Jr. of McBee, SC, 3 nieces, 2 nephews and 6 great nephews. She was also preceded in death her brother; Alonzo Rockholt. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the church. Memorials may be made to Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church, 7980 Haile Gold Mine Road, Kershaw, SC 29067.
