A funeral service for Macey Raley Williams, 90, of Kershaw, will be held at 3:00 o’clock p.m., Wednesday, January 24, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Rev. Michael Owens will officiate. Burial will follow in the Kershaw City Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams, loving wife of the late L.T. Williams died Monday, January 22, at her home. Born in Westville, she was a daughter of the late Pearl Raley. She retired from Skyline Ltd. and was a member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved to cook and listen to gospel music.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Judy W. Deese and Vera W. Faulkenbery and her husband Dale all of Kershaw; 5 grandchildren, Joe (Kathy) Ellis of McConnells, Darron (Becky) Deese of Lancaster, Jason Deese of Kershaw, Chad (Beth) Faulkenberry of Kershaw and Paula Faulkenberry of Kershaw; 11 great grandchildren, Jessica, Brandon, Cameron, Trey, Jorden, Landon, Logan, Alyssa, Kalib, Josh and Peyton; 1 great-great granddaughter, Hannah Beth Robinson and a sister, Margaret R. Blackmon of Lancaster, in addition her mother and her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Joanne W. Ellis.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday, January 24, beginning at 2:00 o’clock p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home.
