Lynell "Tee" Farmer

A graveside service for Lynell “Tee” Farmer, 87, of Bethune, SC, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Saturday, March 11, 2017, in Timrod Baptist Church Cemetery, Bethune, SC. Rev. Joe Stines will officiate.

Mr. Farmer died Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at KershawHealth, Camden, SC. Born in Lancaster, SC, he was a son of the late William Edgar and Minnie Scott Farmer. He retired from the Kendall Co. and had worked as a watchmaker. He also was a member of Timrod Baptist Church.

Surviving are his loving wife of 64 years, Margie Ann Williams Farmer; 3 daughters, Deborah Lynn Farmer Gerald and her husband Danny, Jr., of Rockingham, NC, Janice Farmer McPherson and her husband Hazel of Bethune, SC, Brenda Farmer Vaughan and her husband Myron of Lugoff, SC; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Virginia Farmer Langley and her husband Gene of Florence, SC, and Ann Farmer Beasley of McBee, SC. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Lynell Farmer.

The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service in the church Fellowship Hall.
