Lula Mae West Hall, age 89, loving wife of the late Thomas William Hall, passed away, Monday morning, April 24, 2023, in White Oak Manor Lancaster, Lancaster, S.C. Born in Lancaster, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Huey B. West and Ida Richburg West. She was of Baptist faith and retired from E. I. DuPont Co. where she had worked in the lab. She enjoyed gardening and embroidering.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Parker and her husband, Danny of Kershaw, S.C.; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Teresa Snipes and her husband, Lake of Lancaster, S.C., and Debra Kallas of Washington State. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Hall; a daughter, Darline Rollins; a great grandson, Cody Faulkenberry; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in Kershaw City Cemetery. Mr. Brandon Rollins will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
The family will greet friends immediately following the graveside service in the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to White Oak Manor Activities Fund, 253 Craig Manor Road, Lancaster, S.C. 29020, or Muscular Dystrophy Association – USA, 161 N. Clark, Suite 3550, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
