Lula Bess Catoe Jenkins

Graveside services for Lula Bess Catoe Jenkins, 80, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 3, 2008, in Kershaw City Cemetery. Rev. Jamie Rogers will officiate.
 
 
Mrs. Jenkins died Tuesday, July 1, 2008, in Kershaw Co. Medical Center, Camden. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Gary Catoe,Sr. and Dessie Neal Catoe. She was married to the late Benjamin Ferris Jenkins,Sr. Mrs. Jenkins was retired from J.P. Stevens Co. and a member of Kershaw Second Baptist Church. She enjoyed teaching the 4 and 5 year olds Children's Sunday School Class at the church.
 
 
 
Surviving are her son; Benjamin Ferris Jenkins, Jr. of Kershaw, 2 sisters; Cena C. Broome and Mary C. Hunter both of Kershaw and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, O.C. Catoe.
 
 
The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 Thursday, July 3, 2008, prior to the Graveside service at Baker Funeral Home.
