Funeral services for Louise Moseley Baker, 95, will be held Sunday, March 27, 2011 in Oak Ridge Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m.. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Revs. Dale Myers, Donald Coppedge and Bobby Owens will officiate.
Mrs. Baker, widow of Palmer John Baker died Friday, March 25, at KershawHealth, Camden. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late James Benjamin and Lula Bowers Moseley. She was a homemaker and the oldest member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
Surviving her a daughter; Johnnie M. Baker of the home, two sons; Homer C. Baker (Christy) of Camden, Harold T. Baker (Judy) of Kershaw, four grandchildren; Ava Louise Mahaffey (Mark), William Donald Baker (Jenn), Pamela Jean Phillips (Dennis) and Jason Thomas Baker (Amanda) , nine great grandchildren and a sister; Ann M. Hinson of Camden. She was preceded in death by a daughter; Sybil Henrietta Baker and a son; James William Baker.
The family will receive friends, Sunday, March 27, prior to the service from 2:00 to 2:45 in the Family Life Center of the church and other times at the home, 3204 Old Gerogetown Road- West, Kershaw.
