Lois Logan

Lois B. Logan, 79, of Kershaw, went to her heavenly home, Sunday, February 26, 2012, after a long battle with cancer at her home. She was born September 13, 1932 in Gaston, S.C. Mrs. Logan was the daughter of the late Dalton and Ruby Hooper. She also attended White Bluff Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, Ray (Mary) Dowd of Ridgeway, Guy Wayne Dowd of Chester; one daughter, Patricia (Jackie) Robinson of Kershaw; one sister, Ann Morin of Sebastian, Maine; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 28, in White Bluff Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Doug Humphries will officiate. The family will speak to friends following the service at the cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, S.C. 29210.
