Funeral services for Laura Mae Rodgers Estridge, 75, of Kershaw will be held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 25, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home. The Revs. Larry Plyler and Bobby Owens will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service until 8:00 p.m and other times at the home of her son, 6595 Springs Street, Kershaw. Mrs. Estridge will be cremated following the service and visitation.
Mrs. Estridge died Saturday, April 23, at Springs Memorial Hospital, Lancaster. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of Maggie Elizabeth Taylor Triminal and the late John Laurie Rodgers. She was a member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her mother, are 5 sons; Roger Moseley (Cathy), Danny Moseley (Renee), Robbie Moseley (Regina), Neal Estridge all of Kershaw, Eddie Maness of Chester, 2 daughters; Deloris Holcomb, of Chester and Lori Hall of Kershaw, 17 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Annie Peach (Gerald) of Lancaster, Brenda Stokes of Camden, 2 brothers; Willie Buddy Hall and Randy Hall both of Kershaw and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son; David Jeffrey Moseley and 2 brothers; Lee Hall and Fred Thomas Rodgers.
