Kimberly Fletcher

Ms. Kimberly Malein Fletcher, age 59, of Kershaw, SC, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024. Born in Lancaster, SC, she was the daughter of Edwin Mitchell Fletcher and Martha Anne Bowers Fletcher.

Kim graduated from Andrew Jackson High School and York Technical College. She was a dedicated member of Shamrock Baptist Church in Bethune, SC, where she diligently served as a Sunday School teacher, nursery worker, and as the church secretary. Kim had a servant’s heart, often going on mission trips and helping the Shriner’s with their fundraising efforts every year. She enjoyed visiting the beach with her friends. Most of all, Kim loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews. They were her heart.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents listed above; her brothers, Tommy Fletcher (Mickie) of Bethune, SC, Mitch Fletcher II (Lisa) of Kershaw, SC, and Dean Fletcher (Kami) of Lancaster, SC; her nieces and nephews, Jason Fletcher (Nina), Brandy Fletcher, Wesley Roberts, Brittany Roberts, Brooke Russell (Caleb), Kelcey Faulkenberry (Jamie), Savannah Catoe (Trent), Marisa Wallace (Clint), and Lexi Fletcher; and numerous great nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Pam and Jon Knight.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Shamrock Baptist Church of Bethune, SC. The Rev. Matthew Dickerson and the Rev. Jackie Knight will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the committal in the church fellowship hall.

Friends may pay their respects to Kim at Baker Funeral Home from 9:30 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
