Funeral services for Judy Faile Love, 66, of Kershaw, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 23, 2016, in the sanctuary of Pleasant Plain Baptist Church. The Revs. Todd Montgomery and Thurmond Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Love died Friday, October 21, at CMC-Main, Charlotte, N.C. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Suoulee and Ola Baker Faile. Mrs. Love was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service and a member of Pleasant Plain Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Thomas Richard “Tommy” Love of the home; a special son, Ronnie “Runt” Plyler; a sister, Jane Roof and her husband Johnny of Lancaster; nieces and nephews, Joyce McIlwain, Gale “Sidekick” Hayes, Mandy ”A.J.”Hinson; John Boy Roof, Travis Love, Liam Love, John Gregory, Cherie Love, Lacey Short, Gene Faile, Robert Faile, Patty Reynolds, Carolyn Taylor and Angie Christian.
Mrs. Love’s casket will be carried home, Saturday, October 22, at 4:00 p.m. The family will be at the home.
Memorials in memory of Mrs. Love may be made to Pleasant Plain Baptist Church, 3777 Pleasant Plains Rd., Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
