Joseph Antonino Leone, Jr., 29, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Friday, December 31, 2021, in Staten Island, New York. Born in Staten Island, New York, he was a son of Amy Duncan Leone. He was employed with Oak Ridge Tree Service.
Star Wars was his passion. He collected Star Wars memorabilia. He also enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with his children. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking and campfires. Joseph loved preacher Bobby James.
He is survived in addition to his mother, by his wife, Kimberly Green Leone; 3 children, Nicholas Constatine Leone, Anthony Jacob Leone and Gianna Bell Leone; 3 siblings, Anthony Leone, Phillip Leone and Anella Leone, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Reba Green; other family members, Ashley Anderson (Roger), Steven Green (Taylor), Brittany Anderson (Richie), Megan Green (Logan) and Brian Green; his loving Godfather, Nicholas Leone, who his son is named after. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted, Sunday, January 9, 2022, in the sanctuary of Oak Ridge Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m.. Rev. Terry Corder will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The casket will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service at 2:00 p.m., for viewing.
