Johnie Phillips-Law, 64, died Wednesday, September 16, at her home. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie Jackson and Mae Long Phillips. She had retired from Springs Industries after 34 years of service and was a member of New Cut Presbyterian Church. She loved watching movies and traveling to the beach.
Surviving are her husband, David Law; son, Jerry Kyle Arant; daughters, Heather Ann Owens and her fiance’, Todd Morton, and Carol Jordan; granddaughter, Tiffany Arant; grandson, Cody Arant.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 19, at 2:00 p.m. in Baker Funeral Home. Rev. Wayne Dickson will officiate.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in Baker Funeral Home beginning at 1:00 p.m.
