James Noah 'Jamie' Broughton

Funeral services for James Noah “Jamie” Broughton, 43 of Cassatt, SC will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 3, 2014 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw. Burial will follow in the Abney Baptist Church Cemetery. The Revs. Bobby James and Todd Gandy will officiate. Mr. Broughton died Friday, June 27, at his home. Born in Charlotte, NC, he was the son of Mickel and Shelby Jean Taylor Vincent. He was employed with Terminix, Columbia and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. Mr. Broughton also enjoyed boating, classic cars, all types of sports and racing. Surviving are his mother and father of Camden; a daughter, Katyln Broughton of Camden; a brother, Scott Broughton and his wife Brihana of Columbia; a niece, Giselle Broughton of Columbia and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, July 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw and other times at his parents’ home, 2666 Kershaw Highway, Camden.
