James A. Faulkenberry

Funeral services for James Arthur Faulkenberry, 84, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, February 7, at Pineview Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Greg Gunter will officiate.

Mr. Faulkenberry died Thursday, February 4, in KershawHealth, Camden. Born in Winnsboro, he was the son of the late James Edward and Betty Lorraine Dillon Faulkenberry. He was retired from Springs Industries. Mr. Faulkenberry was a member of Pineview Baptist Church and a World War II Army Veteran.

Surviving are four sons; Charles R. Hollis and his wife Shirley of Kershaw, J. Larry Faulkenberry and his wife Jerry of Kershaw, Ken Faulkenberry and his wife Betty of Lancaster and Tim Faulkenberry of Lancaster, nine grandchildren; Sherry Bowers and her husband Kevin, Tammy Lee and her husband David, Staci White and her husband Steven, Jay Faulkenberry and his wife Lacey, Michael Faulkenberry, Will Faulkenberry and his wife Sherri, Ashley Lindler and her husband Kevin, Chad Fagan and Ben Faulkenberry, sixteen great grandchildren, two sisters; Shirley Faulkenberry of Kershaw, Sarah Rollings of Heath Springs, two brothers; Pete Faulkenberry and Johnny Faulkenberry both of Kershaw. He was preceded in death by a brother; Hazel Faulkenberry.

The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
