Funeral services for Irene Williams Faulkenberry, 95, will be held Tuesday, October 27 at 3:00 p.m. at Center Grove Baptist Church with burial to follow in Kershaw City Cemetery. Revs. Gary Harris and Coit Auten will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday, October 26 from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Center Grove Baptist Church, 236 Scout Cabin Road, Kershaw, SC 29067.

Mrs. Faulkenberry, widow of Judson Boyce Faulkenberry, died Saturday, October 24. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Carey and Clara Robertson Williams. Mrs. Faulkenberry was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church where she taught GA's and Sunday School.

Surviving are a daughter, Joyce Catoe of Kershaw; grandchildren, Eddie Catoe, Karen Murphy, Gina Ratcliff, Kim Hartwell, Chuck Faulkenberry, and Stephanie Faile; 11 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Charles H. Faulkenberry, grandson, Tim Faulkenberry, brother, Elmer Williams, and sisters, Blanche Williams and Mary Williams.
