Howard W. Boone

Funeral services for Howard Wesley Boone, 81 of Kershaw will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 25, 2013, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Donnie Barrett will officiate. Mr. Boone, widower of Barbara Opal Boone died Monday, July 22, 2013, at KershawHealth, Camden. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Wesley and Blanche B. Boone. He was a finish carpenter and member of Refuge Baptist Church. Survivors include his son, Howard Rayford Boone and his wife Jacqueline Ruth Boone of Lugoff; two grandchildren, Cliff Boone of Camden and Erica Boone of Lugoff; two brothers, Marion Boone of Kershaw, Ralph Boone of Camden and a sister, Thelma Moseley of Westville. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, July 24, 2013, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home.
