Grace H. Wallace

Funeral services for Grace Horne Wallace, 99, will be held Friday, May 7, at 2:00 p.m. at White Bluff Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Revs. Doug Humphries and Rev. W.C. Wallace will officate. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 6, from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw. Memorials may be made to White Bluff Baptist Church, 3125 Duckwood Road, Kershaw, SC 29067

Mrs. Wallace, widow of Henry Oscar Wallace, Sr. died Tuesday, May 4. Born November 21, 1910, in Peachland, N.C., she was the daughter of the late P.H. Horne and Mary Little Horne Mrs. Wallace was a member of White Bluff Baptist Church and the Sunbeams Group. She enjoyed gardening and cooking. She was also an Alll Star State Guard for Peachland High School.

Surviving are a daughter, M. Louise Stoddard (Harry) of Kershaw; sons, Henry Wallace, Jr. (Betty) of Kershaw, Billy Wallace of Kershaw, and Steve Wallace (Elizabeth) of Heath Springs; 15 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by daughter-in-law, Vonzie Wallace, son-in-law, William J. Roberts, and 3 brothers.
