Glenwood Bowling

Glenwood Nelson Bowling, age 83, of Kershaw, S.C., passed on to be with our Lord on October 15, 2023, at his home. He was the son of the late Harry and Mary Bowling. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Janie Henson Bowling and their children, Roger (Lynne) Bowling, Sabrina Bowling, Jeff (Farrah) Bowling and Nelson Keith (Leigh Anne) Bowling, several loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and his sister Francis Daniels.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Raymond, Rodney and Wayne Bowling and his sister Helen Terrell.

Glen enjoyed hunting and fishing, being outdoors and working on his farm.

We are blessed with many wonderful memories and take comfort in knowing we will see him again.

A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 1734 Antioch Church Road, Lancaster, S.C. 29720. Rev. Dr. Trent McLaughlin will officiate.
