The family will host a memorial service to celebrate and remember the life of George Douglas “Doug” Gregory, Jr., 62, of Lancaster, at 3:00 o’clock p.m., Saturday, August 25, at Front Line Biker Church, 7728 Hwy. 341, Kershaw. Preacher Cotton Pate will officiate.
The family will speak to friends immediately following the service at the church and other times at the home.
Mr. Gregory died Monday, August 20, 2018. Born in New Brunswick, NJ, he was a son of the late George Gregory, Sr. and Joan Hydo Miller. He was a member of Front Line Biker Church and was a US Army veteran.
Surviving are his fiancée, Cheryle Doby of the home; his wife, Sandra Gregory of Charlotte, NC; 3 children, Dawn (Rolando Vasquez) Gregory of Perth Amboy, NJ, Douglas Robert Gregory of Perth Amboy, NJ and Stacey Lynn Gregory of Charlotte, NC; 4 grandchildren, Eric Santigo, Kyle Gregory, Desirae Gregory, Gabriella Joy Patten; his sister, Evalina “Sissy” Friedman of Orlando, FL and nephew, Richard Friedman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Gregory.
