Fred Walters, Jr.

Fred Walters, Jr, 47, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Born in Hartsville, S.C., he was the son of Mamie Demby Walters and the late Fred Walters, Sr.

Fred loved his job as a roofer and enjoyed working on cars.

He loved fishing and watching NASCAR. The family could go on and on about Fred; he was just one of a kind and a jack of all trades. He will surely be missed.

Surviving is his mother of Kershaw, S.C.; 3 children, Justin Freeman (Linda) of Hartsville, S.C., Bradley Walters and Kayla Walters both of Kentucky; 2 grandchildren, Noah and Jonah Freeman; 2 sisters, Angel Walters and Sandra Walters both of Kershaw, S.C.; brothers, Kenneth Walters of Hartsville, S.C. and Jeffery Walters (Buffy) of Patrick, S.C. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, many friends and one special friend, Georgia Freeman.
