Frances Lee Gibson

Funeral services for Frances Lee Fountain Gibson, 62, of Kershaw, SC, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Monday, February 20, 2017, in the sanctuary of Potter’s House Baptist Church. Rev. Ronnie Owens will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Gibson died Thursday, February 16, 2017, at her home. Born in Coral Gables , FL, she a daughter of the late Frank William and Marilyn Fountain. She was a former secretary and a member of Potter’s House Baptist Church. She also loved to read and garden.

Surviving are her husband of 16 years, Robert Lee Gibson of the home; 2 sons, Richard Lee Jackson and his wife Elizabeth of Kershaw, SC, Jason Paul Jackson of Kershaw, SC; 3 step-sons, Dallas Gibson and his wife Sunshine of Oscoda, MI, Robert Gibson, Jr. and his wife Bobbie of Flint, MI, James Gibson and his wife Jessie of Oscoda, MI; 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; a brother, Frank Walter Fountain of Long Island, NY; 2 sisters, Barbara Quay and her husband Gerald of Harrisburg, NC, and Nancy Sisco of Lancaster, SC.

The family will receive friends Sunday, February 19, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. in Baker Funeral Home and other times at the home, 6448 N. Matson Street, Kershaw, SC.
