A service to celebrate the life of Earl Franklin Bradley, 90, of Kershaw, SC, will be held at 1:00 o’clock p.m., Monday, May 15, 2017, in the sanctuary of Kershaw Second Baptist Church. Rev. Bryant D. Fersner will officiate. A private family burial will precede the service in the Kershaw City Cemetery with military honors.

Mr. Bradley died Saturday, May 13, 2017, in Springs Memorial Hospital, Lancaster, SC. Born in the Buffalo Township of Kershaw, SC, he was a son of the late Levy Lemuel and Ellie Deese Bradley. He was a former Postmaster for the Heath Springs Post Office and retired as Postmaster from the Kershaw Post Office. Mr. Bradley loved gardening, woodworking and watching the South Carolina Gamecocks play sports. He especially loved his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Bradley was a graduate of Mt. Pisgah High School, a member of Kershaw Second Baptist Church and served in the US Army.

Surviving are his loving wife, Betty Phillips Bradley; 3 children, Larry Phillip Bradley and his wife Janice, Jo Ellen Story and her husband John and Jonathan Earl Bradley and his wife Crystal V.; 8 grandchildren, Amanda Kendall, Megan (Zach) Floyd, Tyler (Ashley) Bradley, Jon Riley Bradley, Avery Bradley, Ansley Baker, Landon Baker and Braylon Baker; 4 great grandchildren, Emily, Elise, Josiah and Ellen and 4 sisters, Reba Thompson, Peggy Jones, Judy Bradley and Marie Bussart.

The family will receive friends immediately following the Celebration of Life Service in the church gymnasium.

Memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Bradley may be made to Kershaw Second Baptist Church, 7737 Kershaw Camden Highway, Kershaw, SC 29067.
