Dustin Brannon Fletcher, age 48, of Kershaw, S.C. passed away suddenly, April 13, 2025, at his home. Born in Camden, S.C., he was the son of David Brannon Fletcher and Sharon Phillips Hood. Dustin was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School where he was a member of the marching band. He also was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Army National Guard. Dustin enjoyed taking care of animals, computers and playing video games. He also loved to watch football and wrestling. He cherished the time he spent with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Julianne Bataller Fletcher; his mother, Sharon Phillips Hood and her husband, Marshall of Heath Springs, S.C.; his father, David B. Fletcher and his wife, Kathi of Heath Springs, S.C. his sister, Shannon Bowers and her husband, Chris of Heath Springs, S.C.; his brother, Rick Hood of Heath Springs; his maternal grandmother, Carolyn McManus Phillips of Kershaw, S.C.; special aunt, Kelli Phillips Turner and her husband, William of Kershaw, S.C. and numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dustin was preceded in death by his stepfather, Donnie Outen, his maternal grandfather, Raymond Waldo Phillips and his paternal grandparents, Jesse Brannon Fletcher and Teresa T. Fletcher.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, April 21, at 11:00 A.M., from the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. T. Jason Moss will officiate.
The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home and other times at the home of his maternal grandmother, 205 Clark Street, Kershaw, S.C.
