Dorothy Elizabeth Hornsby

Funeral services for Dorothy Elizabeth Hornsby, 73, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 22, at Baker Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Laurel Hill Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Owens will officiate.

Ms. Hornsby died Saturday, December 19, at her home. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Willie and Bertha Napper Hornsby. She was a member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Surviving are her daughter; Faye Hornsby Roberts of Kershaw, a granddaughter; Amy Faye Roberts of Kershaw, a sister; Sarah Mosley of Pageland and a brother; Bill Jack Hornsby of Huntsville, Ala. She was preceded in death by a brother; Albert Hornsby, a half brother; Heyward Branham and a half sister; Louise Hubbs.

The family will receive friends, Monday, December 21, from 6 to 8 P.M. at Baker Funeral Home.
