Donnie Marshall Haigler, Sr.

Funeral services for Donnie Marshall Haigler, Sr., 68, formerly of Mint Hill, N.C., will be held at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Oakhurst Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Revs. John Rogers and Donald Lisk will officiate.

Mr. Haigler died Friday, March 19, at his home. He was the son of the late Charles McKee and Sarah Smith Haigler. He was the owner/ operator of Mint Hill Paving and a member of Oakhurst Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife of 46 years; Victoria Gray Vickie Haigler, a son; Marshall (Caroline) Haigler of Stanfield, N.C., a daughter; Sarah (Jim) Vinson of Kershaw, three grandchildren; Joshua Haigler of Locust, N.C., Brittany Haigler and her fiance Michael of Stanfield and Amber Vinson of Kershaw, five brothers; Louia (Shirley), Leroy (Madaline), Roger (Kathy), Mitchell (Della) and Randy (Nan) Haigler, six sisters; Lillian (Donald) Lisk, Shirley Brown, Polly Hunter, Carol (George) Pinsak, Betty (Chester) Shaver and Cathy Tucker.

The family will receive friends, Sunday, March 21, from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the church prior to the service.
