David Edward Branham

David Edward Branham, 74, of Heath Springs, S.C., passed away, Friday, December 4, 2020, in MUSC Heath – Lancaster. Born in Lancaster, S.C., he was a son of the late Tommie L. Branham and Margaret Elliott Branham. Mr. Branham retired from the DuPont Co. He was a faithful member of Flint Ridge Baptist Church, where he served in numerous capacities. One of his greatest joys in life was helping his boys and helping others. He always was offering a helping hand . Mr. Branham also loved to travel and he had served in the National Guard.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 2:00 o’clock p.m., in Flint Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special invite to all of Mr. Branham's friends. Rev. Kelvin Hinson will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery with Masonic Rites with Rites conducted by Baron Lodge # 261 where he was a member and had served as Past Master.

Friends may visit Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw, Monday, December 7, 2020, from 10:00 to 5:00 o’clock p.m. to sign the register and pay their respects.

Mr. Branham is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Evon B. Branham; 3 sons, Tony E. Branham, Scotty (Sherry) Branham and Chris (April) Branham; 4 grandchildren, Brittany (Quinton) Adams, Cody (Courtney) Branham, Sarah Branham and Lawson Branham; a great grandson, Carter Adams and siblings, Robert (Vicky) Branham, Barbara Robinson, Louise (Aaron) Knight, Geneva Rogers and Gene (Gail) Brahman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shelby Pierce.
