Danny Ray Deese

It is profound sadness that we announce the death of Danny Ray Deese, age, 67, of Jefferson, S.C., who passed away, Saturday, December 24, 2022, at his home.

Born in Union County, N.C., he was a son of the late Jesse Clifton Deese and Katheryn Green Deese Madden. Mr. Deese worked for Springs Industries for 34 years at Grace Bleachery. He loved to work on televisions, collect jewelry, shop online and going fishing. He also enjoyed making people laugh and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Childers Deese, his daughter, Kathy (Pete) Wright; his son, John (Katlyn) Deese; 2 grandsons; 2 brothers, Jeffrey (Brenda) Deese and Scottie (Amy) Deese; a sister-in-law, Eunice Deese and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 sons, Jason, Cory and Danny, Jr. and 2 brothers, Dale Deese and Mitchell Madden.
