Cody A. Broughton

A visitation for Cody Allan Broughton, 23 of Kershaw will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home. Mr. Broughton will be cremated following the visitation.
Cody died June 20th as a result of a four wheeler accident . Born in Lancaster County, he was the son of Patsy Cawley Broughton and Todd Austin Broughton both of Kershaw, SC

Cody graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in 2010. He graduated from UTI Tech in 2012. He started his career at Carolina Chrysler Dealership in Lugoff, SC where he was currently employed. He enjoyed fixing cars and racing them. He also enjoyed riding his four wheeler.

Surviving in addition to his parents that are left to cherish his memories are his brother, Joshua Broughton of Kershaw; maternal grandparents, Patricia and John Cawley of Kershaw; two aunts, Angie C. Arant of Kershaw and Tracie C. Dowey of Lugoff, SC, and a uncle, Johnnie Cawley of Kershaw. Also surviving are a host of special friends including, Hannah Higgins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Betty Horton and Buddy Broughton; step paternal grandfather, Thad Horton; a uncle, Wayne Arant, and a aunt, Diane Robinson.
