A funeral service for Charles Olin Amerson, III, 7 months old will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 25, 2014 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Pastor Abbie Wheeler will officiate. He will be cremated following the service. The viewing and visitation will be held Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Charles died Tuesday, May 20, at KershawHealth, Camden. Born in Lancaster, he was the son Charles Olin Amerson, Jr. and Victoria Elizabeth Brown. Surviving in addition to his parents of the home are his brother, Matthew Lee Knight of the home; maternal grandparents, Tonia Brown and Duane Hunter of Kershaw, Christopher David Brown of York, PA; maternal great grandparents, Steven and Georgia Small of Lancaster, Beverly Dempwolf of York, PA.; maternal great- great grandmother, Bertha Aspen of York, PA; paternal grandmother, Renee Amerson of Kershaw. Also surviving are uncles and aunts; Christopher David Brown, II, Shawn Amerson, Justin Prosser, Stephen Lucas Amerson, Katherine Amerson, Kayla Batson, Holly Fraley and Shannon Amerson; great aunt and uncle, David and Danielle Jarvis of Waxhaw, NC. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles Olin Amerson, Sr.
